Your Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical capabilities. You will be responsible for:
- Leading Code Reviews: Conduct thorough assessments of codebase to ensure best practices are adhered to, improving code quality and performance.
- Refactoring Initiatives: Drive initiatives to enhance existing systems, streamline processes, and improve overall functionality.
- CRM/ERP Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, and implement CRM and ERP solutions that meet client requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set deliverables.
- Data Analysis: Leverage data analytics to identify trends, improve decision-making processes, and enhance user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Actively participating in project planning and requirement gathering sessions.
- Documenting business processes, user stories, and functional specifications.
