Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Scala applications for cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to drive the implementation of best practices in software development.
- Optimize existing applications and processes to enhance developer productivity and reduce deployment times.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration systems to promote code quality and reliability.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on Scala development.
- Cloud Proficiency: In-depth understanding of cloud-native architectures and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Framework Knowledge: Familiarity with Scala frameworks like Akka, Play, or Apache Spark.
