Role Overview

As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs, provide technical guidance, and facilitate seamless implementation of our systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in helping clients achieve their business objectives through the effective use of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the RoboLogic technical team, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution of issues.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and training to clients, enhancing their understanding and usage of our software.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to relay client feedback and suggest enhancements to our software solutions.
  • Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve their experience with our products.
  • Assist in the development of user documentation and training materials to facilitate client onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Skills Qualifications
Strong understanding of software solutions and their applications in business settings Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in technical account management or a similar role Minimum of 3 years of experience in the IT industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical certifications related to software solutions or account management are a plus
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure Fluency in English; proficiency in Cantonese is an advantage
