Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Serverless Solutions Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our serverless strategy and fostering a culture of efficiency among our development teams. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and Implementing: Architect serverless solutions using cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud to optimize development efficiency.
- Enhancing Developer Productivity: Collaborate closely with developers to identify bottlenecks and implement best practices around serverless frameworks, tools, and services.
- Agile Methodology: Guide teams in adopting Agile practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide training sessions and mentorship to developers on serverless architecture principles, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functioning of serverless applications.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including diagrams, workflows, and best practices for serverless implementations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in a serverless architecture role with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing serverless applications.
- Strong proficiency in cloud services such as AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Google Cloud Functions, along with experience in related technologies.
- Expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with a history of leading Agile teams towards successful project delivery.
