Key Responsibilities
- Design & Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and high-performance multi-tier applications utilizing the Elastic Stack.
- Code Reviews: Lead and perform comprehensive code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards while promoting a culture of quality and continuous learning.
- Refactoring Initiatives: Identify opportunities for code improvement and refactor existing codebases to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability.
- Troubleshooting & Optimization: Analyze and resolve issues related to application performance and reliability, leveraging the Elastic Stack for effective monitoring and logging.
- Documentation: Create and maintain clear technical documentation and user guidelines to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience with Elastic Stack components, including Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats.
- Strong understanding of multi-tier application architecture and design patterns.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; able to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with cloud services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
